  3. Find your fit from home. Follow the included Instructions for Use, starting with the smallest size in your kit and sizing up as needed to find your best fit. 
  4. Use Yōni.Fit when you need it. Insert before activities that cause bladder leakage or wear throughout your day as needed, for up to 12 hours at a time within a 24-hour period.
